Typewritten and bound transcript of an interview conducted by Katuska Serrano for the LDS Hispanic American Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 29 Aug. 1991. The interview was conducted in Spanish. Ovando talks about her early life in El Salvador. She describes her conversion to the Mormon Church and migration to the United States. Ovando also talks about her feels about the Mormon Church.
